My Holiganbet Deposit Not Credited
On Saturday, 22.11.2025, at 17:43, I sent $212 via Ziraat Bankası havale to my Holiganbet account with the username “Rustemhisir.” Despite completing this transfer, the amount has not been credited to my account, and I have not been able to use my balance.
Since 22.11.2025, I have been continuously trying to reach Holiganbet customer service and live support, but I have not received any clear or solution-oriented response, nor have I been able to reach a representative who can resolve my issue.
This situation is causing both financial and psychological distress, as a significant amount of money is involved and remains unaccounted for.
I request that my $212 be immediately credited to my Holiganbet account. If this is not possible, I demand that the amount be promptly refunded to the IBAN registered in my account. I expect the necessary investigation to be carried out urgently and for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
