Holiday Autos Won’t Refund My Canceled Car Rental – No Customer Support
I booked a rental car through Holiday Autos via Skyscanner, but the experience has been a complete nightmare. When I needed assistance, I couldn’t reach a single customer service representative—there is no clear contact option, and their support is completely lacking.
Since this is an international company, their communication is terrible, making it impossible to resolve issues. I decided to cancel my booking, but despite doing so, I still haven’t received my refund. I have tried multiple times to contact Holiday Autos, but there is no response.
I demand an immediate refund and a way to actually reach customer service. Has anyone else had this issue? Holiday Autos, fix this now!
