Holidaycars and Carwiz Ignoring My Deposit Refund for 3 Months

I rented a car from Carwiz in Kosovo through Holidaycars from August 26 to September 2, paying a €500 deposit (₺14,625). I was assured the deposit would be refunded within 28 days, but it's now been three months without resolution.

I initially contacted Holidaycars, my primary point of contact. Getting a response was nearly impossible, and when they did reply, they only stated that they were "looking into it," with each response taking 28 days. Their delay tactics dragged this issue out for months.

Frustrated with their inaction, I reached out to Carwiz directly. I messaged the local agent in Kosovo, who claimed the issue was forwarded to the company. Yet, no one has contacted me in weeks. Both companies seem determined to avoid resolving this.

I demand an immediate refund of my deposit and clear communication from both Holidaycars and Carwiz. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
