Holiday Autos Denied Refund After Ziraat Filo Canceled My Rental Over Credit Score
I booked a rental car through Holiday Autos with Ziraat Filo (Reservation Reference: TR142946590). When I arrived at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, I was informed that my credit score was too low, and therefore, the car would not be released to me. Ziraat Filo canceled my reservation on the spot and told me to contact Holiday Autos for a refund.
I immediately emailed Holiday Autos, and they created a case reference (02543581). However, they later responded that they would not issue a refund. Nowhere during the booking process was there any warning about credit score requirements, yet they are now claiming there is "nothing they can do" and that I must pay for a service I never received.
To make matters worse, this happened on a holiday, leaving me stranded without transportation. Holiday Autos, I demand a full refund! How can you charge customers for a car that was never provided? I expect immediate action! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
