Holiday Autos Refused Refund After Carwiz Denied My Rental
I booked a rental car through Holiday Autos, but when I arrived at Carwiz, they refused to give me the car, claiming that my Findeks credit score was not sufficient. Since Carwiz denied the rental, they told me I should request a refund from Holiday Autos.
I immediately contacted Holiday Autos via WhatsApp, explained the situation, and even provided proof that the rental company refused to release the car. Despite this, Holiday Autos has refused to refund my payment. I paid for a service I never received, through no fault of my own, and now they are ignoring their responsibility.
Holiday Autos, I demand a full refund! You cannot charge customers for rentals they were never allowed to use. Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect a resolution immediately!
