Hertz Azerbaijan Hasn’t Refunded My Deposit After 2 Months – No Response

In December 2024, I rented a car from Hertz at Azerbaijan Airport. I returned the vehicle without any issues, and I was assured that my deposit would be refunded within one month. However, two months have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund.
I have contacted Hertz multiple times, but they haven’t responded or provided any explanation for the delay. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a well-known international company.
I expect my deposit to be refunded immediately. If Hertz cannot process refunds in the timeframe they promise, they should at least communicate with customers. Hertz, return my money now!
