Holiday Autos Charged Me an Unfair Cancellation Fee for a Car I Never Received
I booked a rental car through Skyscanner, which redirected me to Holiday Autos to complete my reservation (TR165964470). However, the Ziraat Filo rental company canceled my booking, meaning I was unable to pick up the car at all. Despite this, Holiday Autos is demanding a ₺4,276 cancellation fee for a service that was never provided.
I refuse to pay for a rental I never used and demand a refund of ₺1,895.52, which was wrongfully charged. I have reached out to customer service, but they have failed to assist in resolving the issue.
Holiday Autos, I expect a full refund! Why should customers be penalized for a cancellation caused by the rental company? Has anyone else experienced this? I will escalate this further if necessary!
