I Can’t Use Holafly Europe eSIM and Still Haven’t Received My Refund
I purchased a Holafly eSIM that was supposed to work across all of Europe, but the internet never worked in the area I was traveling. I immediately contacted Holafly support through WhatsApp. While they attempted multiple troubleshooting steps to restore the connection, nothing helped. The eSIM simply wouldn’t provide internet service.
On 11/06/2025, I opened a refund request ticket. It has now been over 10 business days, and I have yet to receive any refund. What’s worse, Holafly has completely stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages. I now try to follow up daily through their website, and every time I receive the same vague reply: “Our specialized team will contact you today.” That response never turns into action.
This level of support is unacceptable, especially for travelers who rely on data access abroad. I paid for a product that didn’t work and was promised a refund, which I still haven’t received. Holafly must honor their commitment and issue my refund immediately. I also expect real human support—not automated replies that lead nowhere.
