Holafly ESIM Left Me Stranded With No Connection and Refused a Full Refund

I really suggest against buying an eSIM from Holafly. Expecting consistent connectivity, I got one for my vacation but it was only a headache from start to finish. No matter how many times I tried to set it up, the eSIM never worked—it showed an error all the time. I was totally shut off for the first four days of my stay, not able to contact anyone until I gave up and bought a local SIM card. When I asked for a refund when I got home, I got either silence or contemptful answers. Declaring I had used the eSIM, which was impossible given it never worked in the first place, they refused to me a full refund. I am now completely disregarded despite several follow-ups. This firm is a total letdown; I might have to escalate the situation farther to get my money returned. Holafly provides really bad service.
