I Can’t Access My Hiyoo Account and Need Clarification on Possible Device Ban

Hello, I’m currently unable to log into my Hiyoo account, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the issue. I need to understand whether my device has been permanently banned or if this is just a 24-hour suspension. At the moment, I cannot access the app at all, and I haven’t received any warning, explanation, or timeframe for resolution.
I’m left completely in the dark—is this a personal ban or a system-wide issue affecting others too? I didn’t receive any notification, and there’s no information available on the platform. I need clear answers: Why can’t I access the app? How long will this last? What triggered it?
Hiyoo must provide better transparency and support when users are locked out. I request immediate clarification and assistance regarding my login issue. If this was a mistake or technical error, please lift the restriction promptly and restore access to my account. Ignoring users without explanation is unacceptable.
