I Face Repeated Blocking Issues on Chatspin Despite Having Membership

I am a Chatspin user with an active membership, and recently I have been facing the same problem repeatedly: I keep getting blocked by another user. Even after waiting a full day and trying again, I still cannot access the platform properly. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue, and despite my membership, there seems to be no lasting solution provided.

As a paying member, I expect smooth usage of the application and proper support when issues arise. Instead, I am stuck in a cycle of being blocked, waiting, and then encountering the same problem again. This is frustrating and makes me question the reliability of maintaining a subscription.

I kindly request that Chatspin investigate why I am being unfairly blocked, provide a permanent solution, and ensure my membership benefits are fully respected. I should be able to use the app without constant disruptions. Please resolve this matter promptly so I do not face the same problem once again.
