I Face Device Restriction Error on Hiyoo App and Can’t Access My Account

For the past 10 days, I’ve been unable to use my Hiyoo account (User ID: 17411645) due to a message that says, “Your device has been temporarily restricted.” I log in using my Google account, and I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue still persists.

When I contacted Hiyoo customer support, they told me the restriction would be lifted soon, but nothing has changed since then. My account has no active payments or subscriptions, and I haven’t encountered this problem on any other device or account.

I request that the restriction on my device be lifted immediately, as this has caused ongoing inconvenience. I am an active user and content uploader on the platform, and this restriction has negatively affected my participation in the Hiyoo community.
