I Face Login Error on Hiyoo App — Can’t Access My Account for Hours

For the past 4–5 hours, I haven’t been able to log into the Hiyoo app on my Android phone. I tried every login option, restarted my phone, and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. Every time I try to log in, I receive an “error” message and can’t access my account.

Since I can’t log into the app, I also can’t reach customer support. My account ID is 26077396, and my name is A****. I request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible so I can regain access to my account.
