I Can’t Access My Hiyoo Account and Need Clarification on Possible Device Ban


My Hiyoo account has been unfairly banned due to an accusation I believe is completely baseless. I cannot access my account anymore, and I was even kicked out of a room without any clear explanation. This has left me incredibly frustrated and confused, especially since I’ve done nothing to violate the platform’s rules or guidelines.
I am requesting immediate assistance to understand why this action was taken and to have my account reinstated. I’ve invested time and energy into building my presence on this app, and it’s unacceptable to be shut out like this without any evidence or proper warning.
Please review this situation carefully and restore my account access as soon as possible. I also ask that Hiyoo’s support team be more transparent and responsive when handling these serious issues. I expect fair treatment and a prompt resolution.

I downloaded the Hiyyo app and joined Flinta Agency. However, I was severely threatened by an agency official through the app, who accused me of being a 'criminal organization' and used frightening statements such as that I would be killed in Dubai. This incident happened once, and afterwards I reported the situation to the authorities. The authorities helped, but during this process my account was also temporarily closed on the grounds of being a 'criminal organization,' and I was informed about it.
I am very disturbed by this threat and unjust accusation I experienced. I expect a clear apology from the officials of Flinta Agency regarding this matter and request that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar situations from happening again.
