I Paid ₺370 on Hiyoo but Never Received My Coins
On November 1, 2024, at exactly 13:31, I made a coin purchase through the Hiyoo app. The listed amount was ₺340, but I even sent ₺370 to be safe. The payment was made under the name S** B** and my user ID on the app is TR44444455. Despite completing the transfer correctly and even paying more than required, the coins I paid for have still not been credited to my account.
It’s been over a day, and nothing has been resolved. This is incredibly disappointing, especially since I followed every step and paid extra to avoid issues. If this is how Hiyoo treats its paying users, I seriously question the platform’s reliability.
I demand immediate action. Either deliver the coins I paid for or refund my ₺370 in full. I expect a prompt and transparent resolution without more excuses.
