Hey Cash Did Not Pay My HashKey Global KYC Task Reward

I am using the Hey Cash app and recently completed a task related to the HashKey Global platform. They clearly stated that after completing the KYC verification, I would receive a reward of 12.60 in my account. Today I finished the entire KYC process, which took around 30 minutes of my time, but the 12.60 reward was not credited to my account. So far I have not contacted support, but I am writing this complaint because I fulfilled all the required steps and the promised reward has still not been added. I expect the 12.60 reward to be credited to my account as advertised, or for a clear and detailed explanation to be provided if there is any valid reason for not giving it. I request that this issue be checked and resolved as soon as possible, and that my reward for the completed KYC task be added without any further delay.
