When HeyCash doesn’t credit points after you complete an offer, the most effective approach is to submit a claim with clear steps and evidence. Here’s how to do it:
• Offer screenshot: save screenshots of the offer, the conditions, and the completed action (app install, registration, survey, etc.).
• App history: check HeyCash → My points / History and take a screenshot showing that the credits did not appear.
• Official form: in the app, go to Support → Offer not credited. Attach screenshots of the offer and proof that you completed the requirement.
• Support email: write to [email protected] with the subject Claim for missing points. Include your username, date, offer name, and the evidence you saved.
• Response timeframe: request a specific timeframe for the points to be credited and ask for a case number to track the request.
• Escalation: if you receive no response, publish your complaint on Xolvie, where your case will be documented and followed until HeyCash credits the missing points.
