Hertz/Dollar Double-Charged Me for a Rental and Overbilled for Vehicle Upgrade

I booked a car rental through Enuygun.com with Hertz/Dollar on September 27, 2024. The booking fee was charged to my credit card by Enuygun.com. During my trip to the U.S., I picked up the car and returned it on October 25, 2024. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement, I found an additional charge of $731 made by Dollar on the return date.
Upon investigation, I discovered that the E200-class car I initially booked was unavailable, so the rental agent offered me a GLB 250 Mercedes as a replacement. Unbeknownst to me, they charged me $60 per day for this upgrade, totaling $731. This is unacceptable, as their own website lists S-Class Mercedes rentals for $80 per day, yet I ended up paying $130-$140 daily for the GLB 250.
I demand an immediate refund for the overcharge and expect Hertz/Dollar to rectify this mistake. Charging a customer without proper disclosure is unethical, and I will escalate the matter if this issue is not resolved promptly.
