Hepsijet Delivered My Damaged TV Without a Proper Report Now Vatan Won’t Process Return
Vatan Computer sold me a TV; Hepsijet handled the delivery. I rejected the TV since the package was broken when it arrived. I snapped pictures of the damage, and the delivery guy promised me they would act as a report. When I asked Vatan Computer for a return or exchange, though, they told me the process calls for an official report. I'm currently caught between Vatan Computer, who won't advance without a formal damage report, and Hepsijet, who neglected to furnish one. I just want this problem fixed so I may get my TV; this lack of cooperation between the two firms has left me in a tough situation.
