My HP RTL8852AE Computer Was Delivered to Me With a Broken Screen


After receiving my HP RTL8852AE model computer back from repair, it was delivered to me through Aras Kargo, but the screen was broken upon delivery. The repair company had sent me a photo showing the device in perfect condition before handing it over to the courier, proving that it was shipped without any issues. Despite this, Aras Kargo is placing the responsibility on the repair company. The delivery was made via the Sakarya (Saka) branch. Immediately after receiving the damaged product, I called Aras Kargo customer service and a damage report was created. The next day, the branch contacted me and told me that since my computer was second-hand, nothing could be done and they could not help me. I do not accept this approach. My shipment tracking number is 5666161114755. The product is still under warranty, and I paid ₺1,770 for shipping. I am requesting that my computer be repaired. Additionally, I have previously experienced issues with Aras Kargo, such as my shipments not being dispatched for delivery. I want my grievance resolved as soon as possible.
