Unauthorized Google Helppay Charge Refund Issue Unresolved
Today at 9:27 PM, an amount of $9 (250 TRY) was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card (ending in 4482) through Google Helppay, without my knowledge or authorization. I have never used or registered for any Google Helppay service, and this transaction was made entirely without my consent.
I have not yet contacted customer service, but I request that this unauthorized charge be investigated immediately and that the $9 withdrawn be refunded to my account. I also ask that strong security measures be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
The transaction took place in Muş, Turkey, where I do not reside or normally conduct financial activity. This indicates a clear case of unauthorized use. I expect an urgent review and prompt resolution to prevent further financial loss.
