Fraudulent Google Helppay Payment on My Credit Card
On August 5, 2025, a charge of $3 (94.50 TRY) was withdrawn from my credit card under the name “Google Helppay”, without my knowledge or authorization. I have never used any Helppay services and do not have any active memberships or subscriptions related to it.
This is the first time such an incident has occurred, and I have not experienced any similar charges before. The card used for the payment belongs solely to me, and the transaction record shows no additional details beyond the “Google Helppay” description. My primary Google account associated with online activity is a**@gmail.com**.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, the full amount refunded, and that I be provided with a detailed explanation of how this occurred. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be taking the matter to the relevant legal authorities.
