On September 14, 2025, at 8:58 AM, I noticed that $1 (39.99 TRY) had been withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card (ending in 0542) under the description *“Google Ballistic Hero g.co/helppay#...” — without my knowledge or consent.
I have never downloaded, used, or purchased anything related to the “Ballistic Hero” app. There are no subscriptions, app purchases, or related activities on my Google account or phone, and I did not receive any confirmation or alert messages from Google or my bank at the time of the charge.
I demand that this unauthorized transaction be immediately canceled and the $1 withdrawn from my account be refunded. I also request that my card’s security be thoroughly reviewed to prevent similar unauthorized charges in the future.
