On my Ziraat Bank card ending in 2263, a charge of ₺155.99 was made by Helppay without my knowledge or authorization. I received no warning, no SMS, no email—absolutely nothing. The money was simply withdrawn from my account without any explanation. I have never signed up for any service associated with Helppay and certainly didn’t agree to this transaction.
This is a clear violation of my financial privacy and consumer rights. I do not accept this charge, and I am demanding a full and immediate refund of the ₺155.99 that was taken without my permission.
If this issue is not resolved promptly and my money is not returned, I will file an official complaint with the police. I expect Helppay to act responsibly and refund the unauthorized charge without delay.
