On August 24, 2025, at 12:28 PM, I discovered that $0.40 (12 TRY) had been withdrawn from my card (ending in 2174) under the name Google Helppay, without my knowledge or authorization. After reviewing my account, I noticed that similar transactions had occurred in previous months as well.
My account statements only display the description “Google Helppay”, and I do not use any Google-related paid services. I have never approved, subscribed, or authorized these withdrawals in any way.
I am deeply concerned about the security of my card information and request urgent clarification regarding how these charges were made. I demand the immediate refund of all unauthorized payments and assurance that my card details are secured against any further fraudulent activity.
