Helppay Google eFootball Took $61 Without My Consent
On October 9, 2025, a total of $61 (1,750 TRY) was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank personal credit account under the description “Helppay Google eFootball.” These charges occurred through multiple separate transactions on the same day, all without my knowledge or authorization.
I discovered the unauthorized withdrawals four days later and immediately checked my banking app, where detailed transaction records and receipts for each payment were visible. I have never made or approved any purchases related to Helppay or Google eFootball.
I demand an immediate refund of the total withdrawn amount to my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with legal action to recover my funds and report this incident to the appropriate financial authorities.
