Helppay Charged My Card Without Consent or Password
On April 29, 2025, a transaction of ₺1,749.99 was made through Helppay from my Kuveyt Türk virtual card without my knowledge, consent, or even password authorization. I did not approve this payment, nor did I receive any confirmation request or notification before the charge was processed. It was a completely unauthorized transaction, and I was shocked to see such a large amount withdrawn without any security check.
I have never subscribed to any service or platform that would justify this charge, and I consider this a serious breach of consumer protection and financial security.
I urgently request a full refund and expect my financial loss and inconvenience to be resolved immediately. If this issue is not addressed right away, I will take formal legal action to hold the responsible parties accountable.
