Helppay Charged Me ₺99 Three Times Without Consent and I Want a Full Refund

Helppay has withdrawn money from my account without my knowledge or permission. On checking my bank statement, I saw that ₺99 was charged three separate times in a row—adding up to a total of ₺297. I never authorized these transactions, never subscribed to any service linked to Helppay, and certainly didn’t approve these repeated charges.

This is completely unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to worry about unauthorized payments being taken from my account like this. If I hadn’t reviewed my transaction history, I wouldn’t have even known this happened.

I demand a full and immediate refund of the ₺297 that was taken from me. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take all necessary legal and consumer complaint actions. Please treat this matter seriously and respond as soon as possible.
