Helppay Charged My Card Without Consent on June 12, 2025
On June 12, 2025, Helppay withdrew ₺49.99 from my credit card without my permission or any form of confirmation. I never approved this charge, never signed up for any service associated with Helppay, and received no notification before or after the transaction. I only found out by reviewing my credit card statement.
This charge was made without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. I demand that the ₺49.99 be refunded to my credit card immediately. I am not willing to accept unauthorized deductions from my account under any circumstances.
If this issue is not resolved quickly and my money is not returned, I will pursue legal action to protect my rights. Helppay must stop charging users without their approval and take responsibility for this unauthorized transaction.
