Helppay Charged Me Twice Without Consent—₺134.99 Total From My Card Ending in 9896

Unauthorized charges were made on my credit card ending in 9896 by a merchant listed as Helppay, totaling ₺134.99. The first charge of ₺79.90 was processed on December 16, 2024, and the second on April 15, 2025—both without my knowledge or approval. I do not have any subscriptions or services connected to Helppay and never gave consent for these transactions.

I only discovered these charges after checking my account statements. This kind of unauthorized withdrawal is completely unacceptable. I tried calling the support number listed (0850 220 0000), but I received no proper assistance.

I demand the full refund of both amounts—₺79.90 from December and ₺79.90 from April—credited back to my card immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action and file official complaints. I expect this matter to be taken seriously.
