Google Charged ₺499.99 Without My Consent via g.co/helppay/GB on July 14, 2025
On July 14, 2025, Google withdrew ₺499.99 from my credit card under the label “g.co/helppay/GB” without my knowledge or approval. I did not authorize any transaction of this amount, and I have no idea which app or service this charge is supposedly related to. I never received any email, notification, or verification request. The money was just taken.
This is an outrageous and unauthorized charge, and I am extremely disappointed with how easily such a large amount can be pulled from my account without my permission. I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺499.99.
If Google fails to take action and refund this amount promptly, I will not hesitate to initiate legal proceedings. I expect this matter to be handled urgently and fairly.
