Helppay Charged ₺229.99 to My Card Ending in 7935 Without My Permission
On May 18, 2025, a charge of ₺229.99 was made to my credit card ending in 7935 by Helppay—without my knowledge, consent, or any form of approval. I never authorized this transaction, and I have not signed up for any service that would justify such a charge. I only discovered it after reviewing my bank activity.
This unauthorized withdrawal is completely unacceptable. I did not receive any confirmation message or notification beforehand, and I consider this a clear violation of my consumer rights.
I demand the immediate refund of the full ₺229.99 to my credit card. If this issue is not resolved without delay, I will take legal action and report the incident to the appropriate authorities. This charge must be reversed at once.
