Enuygun Locks $104 Bus Ticket Refund in EnCüzdan Digital Wallet App

I canceled my bus ticket for August 7 with PNR number 261036hk4 through the Enuygun mobile app. Instead of being refunded to my card, the fare I paid was credited as an EnCüzdan balance. Although I currently see a balance of approximately $104, I cannot transfer this amount back to my card under any circumstances because no such option exists in the app.

After attempting to resolve this multiple times through the application without success, I called customer service; however, despite being kept waiting on the phone for hours, I was unable to reach a representative. Having my money locked in EnCüzdan while being unable to reach customer service has caused me severe hardship, and I do not intend to use this application ever again.

I demand that the $104 balance appearing in my EnCüzdan be refunded to the bank card I used when purchasing the ticket as soon as possible, and that a clear refund/transfer option be added to the app for such situations.
