Enuygun App Glitch Prevents Instant Bus Ticket Cancellation for Antalya Route

I purchased tickets for seats 36 and 37 for the Antalya–Bergama departure on August 26 at 11:59 PM via Enuygun on the same day at approximately 7:30 PM. Right after making the purchase, I attempted to cancel it, but an error message appeared on the screen stating that the cancellation could not be processed, preventing me from completing the action.

Throughout this process, I was only able to interact with an AI chatbot on Enuygun's platform and could not reach a live customer representative. When I contacted the carrier, Güney Akdeniz, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude, and they offered zero assistance regarding the cancellation. Although this ticket still appears active/confirmed in my Enuygun account, no refund has been issued for my $58 ticket fare.

Because I requested the cancellation immediately after purchase, I demand a full refund of the $58 fee and ask that the communication difficulties I experienced throughout this process be properly addressed.
