Enuygun Fails to Refund $29 Fee After Canceling Can Diyarbakır Bus Trip
On July 24, 2026, I purchased a ticket under PNR number 2LX03QE74 for seats 23 and 26 via the Enuygun app for Can Diyarbakır’s 07:15 AM Gaziantep–Diyarbakır departure. The payment of $29 was deducted from my Kuveyt Türk account with reference and transaction numbers 764342 / 620503764342.
Although I received an SMS informing me that the departure and my ticket had been canceled, the $29 ticket fee has still not been refunded to my account despite the elapsed time. During my calls with customer service, no concrete solution was provided, and the process was left unresolved.
For this reason, I filed an official complaint regarding the matter with the Consumer Arbitration Board under application number 2026/0641.9549. I demand that the canceled ticket fee of $29 be urgently deposited into my Kuveyt Türk account to prevent further hardship.
