Enuygun Overcharges Customer $199 for AJet Flight Despite Using Discount Coupon

I purchased a ticket via the Enuygun app for the September 17 AJet flight from Adana to Nicosia at 11:10 AM. Even though I applied a $10 coupon during payment, $199 was charged to my card; at the very same time, I noticed that the price without the coupon was listed as $187 on the app. In other words, despite using a coupon, my payment ended up being even higher than the listed non-coupon price. Furthermore, as shown in the attached screenshot, the same ticket was listed on AJet’s own app for $175 without any discount. This makes no sense at all and created a very poor experience for my first transaction with the company.

When I noticed the discrepancy and contacted Enuygun immediately, I was told that only a complaint record had been created, but no clear explanation was given regarding the cause of the overcharge, nor was the amount adjusted. I want to understand why using a coupon yielded a result where it seemed completely unapplied—and where I was charged even more.

I demand that Enuygun correctly apply the $10 coupon, recalculate the fare, refund the overcharged amount to me, and provide a clear, written explanation as to why this price discrepancy occurred in the first place.
