HDI Insurance Not Fullfilling Requirements Of Their Policy
I have a comprehensive auto insurance policy with HDI Sigorta, and my policy number is 2000206839283/0. I left my vehicle at the Ataşehir Kia Dicle Faza service center on March 24 due to damage. According to my policy, I am entitled to a replacement vehicle for up to 14 days. However, I was only provided with a replacement car for a very limited period of 3–4 days.
Since then, my vehicle has still not been repaired and remains at the service center. Although I renewed my request for a replacement vehicle, HDI Sigorta has not approved a new allocation. Despite the inconvenience I have experienced, I have received no feedback or explanation regarding this issue.
As a result, I was forced to rent a replacement vehicle at my own expense, which has caused both financial and emotional hardship. I request that HDI Sigorta immediately provide a replacement vehicle in accordance with my policy rights, fully reimburse the rental costs I had to cover out of pocket while my car has been in service, and provide a written explanation along with an apology for the lack of communication throughout this process.
