About 12 days ago, my vehicle was declared a total loss, and I officially submitted three comparable listings to your department after disputing the compensation amount offered to me. However, since then, I have not received any evaluation result or feedback. Despite repeatedly contacting HDI Sigorta via email and phone, I keep receiving the same response—“we will get back to you”—yet no concrete progress has been made. This situation represents a serious failure in process management and causes significant inconvenience for me, as I am unable to sell the vehicle or purchase a new one. I request that my file be urgently re-evaluated based on my objection and the comparable listings I provided, and that I be formally informed of the outcome.
