I Was Charged Twice by HBO Max Without My Consent

On April 6, 2024, two separate charges of $9 each, totaling $18, were made from my credit card under the name HBO Max via iyzico. These transactions were carried out without my knowledge or consent. I have not made any subscription or purchase related to HBO Max, yet my card was charged.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I immediately canceled my credit card for security reasons. When I contacted HBO Max customer service, I received an insufficient response stating that I should contact my bank, and no proper explanation was provided.
I request that the total amount of $18 charged from my card via iyzico on behalf of HBO Max be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also demand a clear and written explanation regarding these unauthorized transactions made without my knowledge.
