I Was Charged for HBO Max Without Subscription or Consent
While reviewing my credit card statement today, I noticed a charge of $9 for an HBO Max subscription that was created without my knowledge or consent. I have never used HBO Max before and have not made any subscription request or approval.
I have not yet contacted either my bank or HBO Max customer service, but I want to clearly state that this transaction was unauthorized. I am also concerned about how my credit card information may have been used without my permission.
I request that this HBO Max subscription, which was opened without my knowledge, be canceled immediately and that the $9 charged to my card be fully refunded.
