I do not have any HBO Max subscription or account; in fact, I only became aware of such a service after searching for it following this transaction.
I do not accept this charge in any way, as it was clearly made without my authorization. I consider this an unauthorized and fraudulent transaction. I have the transaction receipt and all related details available as evidence.
I request that the $72 charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible. I also demand a thorough investigation into how this unauthorized transaction occurred, that all necessary security measures be implemented to prevent such incidents in the future, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation.
