I Demand Refund for Unauthorized HBO Max Payment

On April 6 at 9:12 PM, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $9 made through iyzico under the name HBO Max. I do not have any subscription with HBO Max, nor have I made any membership request or given any approval.

Although the card is registered in my name, such a transaction being carried out without my knowledge or consent is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

I request that the $9 charged without my permission be fully refunded to me. I also demand that any HBO Max subscription associated with my name or card—without my involvement—be immediately and permanently canceled.
