While reviewing my credit card statement, I noticed that around 2:18 AM on April 9, a charge of $7 was made to my Yapı Kredi card ending in 4210 under the name Iyzico hbomax.com without my knowledge or consent. I have never subscribed to HBO Max or any similar platform, and I did not approve any membership or purchase.
As soon as I saw the transaction, I immediately canceled and blocked my card. The charge is currently showing as pending on my statement. I have no idea how my card or account information was obtained, and this situation is causing me serious concern.
I request that this unauthorized $7 transaction be canceled and fully refunded to me. I also demand a detailed investigation into how my card and account information were accessed, along with a clear written explanation from the bank and the relevant company.
