I Experience Fraudulent HBO Max Billing Without Approval

On February 26, 2026, a charge of $9 was made from my credit card via iyzico under the name HBO Max without my knowledge or consent. The credit card is fully registered in my name, and I have never created any subscription on HBO Max or used my card on this platform.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately contacted my bank and canceled my card for security reasons. However, I have been left dealing with the consequences of an unauthorized charge linked to a subscription or transaction that does not belong to me.

I request that HBO Max investigate this transaction made via iyzico and issue a full refund of the $9 charged to my card as soon as possible. Additionally, I demand that any subscription that may have been created under my name be canceled immediately, and that I be provided with clear information regarding the security of my personal and card data.
