On March 30, 2026, a charge of $72 was made from my Yapı Kredi World credit card without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears on my statement as “Iyzico / hbomax.com,” and I do not have any subscription or account with HBO Max.
I did not approve this charge, nor did I intentionally sign up for any HBO Max membership. Despite this, such a high amount being deducted from my card is completely unacceptable, and I consider this an unauthorized transaction.
I request that the $72 charged to my card be fully refunded and that any HBO Max subscription that may have been created under my name be immediately canceled. I ask for this issue to be urgently investigated and for the unauthorized transaction to be corrected as soon as possible.
