I Did Not Sign Up but HBO Max Charged Me $9

On March 29, 2026, I noticed a charge of $9 on my credit card statement with the description “iyzico/hbomax.” I do not have any subscription to HBO Max, I have never signed up for this platform, and I have absolutely no request or authorization for such a charge. Being billed without my knowledge or consent has caused me serious inconvenience.

I first contacted my bank, and they told me I needed to resolve the issue with the company. When I reached out to iyzico, I was told to contact HBO Max. However, I have been unable to reach HBO Max customer support in any way, leaving me unable to resolve this issue on my own.

I request that this unauthorized subscription be immediately canceled and that the $9 charged to my card be fully refunded. Additionally, I expect a thorough investigation into how my card information was used and a clear explanation to ensure my financial security is not at risk.
