On September 19, at 15:40, we waited 45 minutes for the Avcılar Havaist bus. When the driver finally opened the door, he refused to let us board because there were three of us. He said, "The boss wants groups of three to board together." Even though he saw my mother struggling to walk with her cane due to her illness, he made us wait and even accused us, saying, "You're just trying to grab seats." This was insulting and completely uncalled for. I demand immediate action be taken to address this unacceptable behavior. Please ensure Havaist staff treat passengers with respect and dignity.
