Free Fire Guest Account Recovery Needed After Device Reset

I lost access to my Free Fire guest account on my Redmi 6 Pro after clearing all the data on my device. Before this happened, I was actively using the account and my in-game nickname was “Sonu.tahir.s.” My account had reached approximately level 37.
After the device data was erased, I could no longer log in to the guest account, and all access to my game progress was lost. Since it was a guest account, I now understand that the account may not have been linked properly, but I still hope there is a way to recover the account and restore my progress.
I already contacted Free Fire (Garena) support regarding this issue, but unfortunately I have not received any response or assistance so far.
This account was important to me because I spent significant time progressing in the game, and losing access after clearing the device has been extremely frustrating.
I kindly request that Garena review my case and help recover and restore my Free Fire guest account associated with the nickname “Sonu.tahir.s” so I can continue playing from where I left off.
