Turkish Airlines' Ground Services Employees Showed Disrespect!
On September 18, I took the 21:00 flight from Ercan to Istanbul. We took off from Ercan at 21:30 and landed at Sabiha Gokcen at 23:00. After the bus transporting us from the apron to the terminal filled up, it stopped a few meters later, reopened its doors, and started waiting. Without any explanation, after 15 minutes and passengers loudly protesting, we were told that we were waiting for someone from the plane. The bus finally moved at the 20th minute, taking the longest route possible, passing the same spots three times, and after a 10-minute tour, it dropped us at the terminal. We tried to get the driver's name to file a complaint but received no response. Once inside, we saw that our luggage hadn't arrived, and we waited another 10-15 minutes. I am very curious about what kind of action will be taken against these employees who deliberately caused delays. This is outright disrespect.
