Bybit Rewards Hub Marked My Account Ineligible Without Clear Explanation

I am writing to report an issue with Bybit’s Rewards Hub, where my account was suddenly marked as ineligible without a clear explanation. Until very recently, I had no problems using Rewards Hub, and I only discovered about a day ago that I could no longer claim rewards. When I contacted Bybit support about error code 403003 that appeared while I was trying to claim a reward, I received a reply stating that my account had violated the rules and regulations of the campaign and that this decision was final and not open to appeal. The message referred generally to fraudulent behavior such as abnormal farming, wash trading, multi‑account operations, or market manipulation, but did not specify which concrete action or rule violation was allegedly linked to my account. I strongly disagree with being labeled as having violated the rules without being told exactly what I supposedly did wrong. I believe I have used the platform in good faith and in accordance with the rules, and I would like this situation to be clarified in detail. I request that Bybit clearly identify which specific rule or clause they believe I violated and on the basis of which transaction or activity they reached this conclusion. In addition, I ask that my Rewards Hub eligibility be reinstated and that I be allowed to claim the rewards I am entitled to, provided there is no clear and proven violation. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed once again, that a transparent explanation be shared with me, and that my account’s access to Rewards Hub be restored accordingly.
